Refund policy
Customers have two days from the product's delivery date to apply for a replacement. To be eligible for replacement please follow mentioned points.

Replacement:

- In case you have received a defective product/wrong product, you have to share an unpacking or unboxing video of the product to justlink457@gmail.com (unboxing video is compulsory)

- In case of skin fitting or inaccurate cutting issues, customers have to send a skin-applying video with the usage of a hair dryer/hot gun while wrapping a skin. please share the video to justlink457@gmail.com

Within 24-48 hours our team will contact you and you will get a replacement within 7 working days

Cancellation:

We are not accepting cancellations after placing the order.

Incorrect product Ordered / Incorrect address or phone number

If you have ordered an incorrect product on our website, then you can change it within 2 hours after placing the order, for changing Incorrect product contact us at justlink457@gmail.com

You cannot change the order after it has been shipped and UniqSkins is not liable for any kind of replacement or refund for an incorrect product ordered by a customer

If you have entered an incorrect address/Pincode/Phone number then the product will be not delivered and it will be returned to us. for this, the customer has to pay return shipping charges of 100 Rs. Once we receive your product we will resend it to you.

 
If you have not received the order but the status is showing delivered.

Please email us within 24 hours if you have not received your order but the tracking status shows delivered. If you do not contact us within 24 hours since the order was marked as delivered, we will not be able to assist you in this issue. The carrier refuses to do any investigation of your order after 24 hours.
